# How MuslimTasker works

The flow is straightforward on both sides — whether you need help at home or you're the one showing up to fix things.

## For customers

1. **Post the job — free.** Describe the work, add a photo, set a time. No card is needed to post. Flag it if it's an emergency.
2. **Match and get a quote.** MuslimTasker routes to nearby, verified taskers. Chat in-app and review their profile, rating, and quote. Your full address and phone stay private until you book.
3. **Approve and pay.** Approve the quote to book. We charge the price plus a 5% service fee (minimum $3) and hold it securely until the work is confirmed done.
4. **Confirm and release.** You have 24 hours to approve or dispute. Funds release automatically to the tasker if all is well.

## For taskers

1. **Apply and get verified.** ID check via Stripe Identity. Upload trade licenses and certifications.
2. **Claim jobs near you.** See jobs within your service radius. Quote the customer or accept fixed pricing.
3. **Complete the work.** Mark en route, arrived, and complete. The customer confirms in-app.
4. **Get paid automatically.** Stripe Connect pays you directly once the confirmation window closes.
