Major projects are matched, not tap-to-booked. Homeowners post a major project for **free**, and we match it to one verified general contractor from the network. Your contact details stay private until a contractor takes on your project.

For contractors, major-project leads are **exclusive** — only one contractor gets each one. A verified contractor pays a one-time lead fee (tiered by the project's budget size, shown before payment) to unlock a lead and see the homeowner's contact. If the contractor is awarded the project, a 3% success fee applies, with the lead fee credited toward it.
